23-03-2024 ANNUAL CHAMPIONSHIPS - DAY 2 Age & Open Medley and Backstroke, 25mtr Dash by Invitation and All Age McAlpine Handicap Relay Swimmers who swim a 2 lap medley may chose to swim either Back or Breast then Freestyle 3.00pm warm up, 3.30pm start.
