Monthly Point Score
The points score is a cumulative tally during the season of points earned by swimmers each club day. Points are earned for each event swum and awards are given to the top 5 boys and top 5 girls each month. Awards are given at the end of each season to the top 10 boys and top 10 girls. A monthly perpetual trophy is awarded to the top point scorer each month and awards are given to the top boy and top girl point scorer for each season.
For those dedicated parents who would like to know how points are issued each week the table below will let you know how many points are awarded depending on the time your child swims.
Please note only the best 3 swims will earn your child points. If they swim 4 events each week only the best 3 are included in the points score. 25mtr Dash and 200mtr Championships swims are also NOT included in the points score.
Points can be earned in all distances from 15mtr through to 1500mtrs when swum on normal weeks NOT Championship weeks/swims or Dash swims.
