200mtr Optional, Medley (Br), Freestyle, Butterfly (100*), Family Freestyle Relay, Freestyle Relay

Swimmers may elect to swim whatever 200mtr events they wish provided they have qualified to swim 100mtr events in the event of your choice.

Medley today is a Breast/Free Medley for those that only swim 2 laps.

All swimmers that qualify to swim 100mtr Butterfly must swim that distance today or no points will be allocated for the swim.  All other swimmers swim the distance they currently qualify for.

A Family Freestyle Relay will be swum after the individual events.  At least 3 members of your team MUST be members of your family (either parents, aunts, uncles cousins etc).

Freestyle Relays will be swum after the Family Relays.
